One of those very LA moments

gvdubAs I'm sitting in the backed-up traffic at the on-ramp to the 101 at Reseda Blvd. this morning, waiting to get on the freeway, a card with a big Jesus fish and a vanity license plate that reads "WWJD316" zips around in the through traffic lane and cuts in front of everybody who's been waiting patiently to get on the ramp.
