Addendum: I'm more than a little surprised by how few I haven't tried (14 out of 100) and how few of those I'm not interested in trying (2 - fugu and roadkill). Of course, I don't know for certain that I haven't eaten horse. After all, I was living in New York during the organized crime hearings about the Mob's involvement with meat plants where one wiseguy, when asked about the meat that the trucks were moving said, "Some of it moos, some of it don't moo."
