Report from the Department of Bitter Irony

They just had the corporate Earth Day event here, and, in an attempt to curb usage of styrofoam and paper cups at the office, they handed out ceramic mugs to everybody emblazoned with the message "toward environmental harmony". On the bottom of the mug is a sticker which reads: "Some products used as decoration on this product contain lead or cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm."
