Generally speaking, you can tell what problems and issues a company has by taking a look at the list of "Core Values" that many corporations seem to be posting these days. If they list values like "Honesty" and "Integrity", it means that those are things that they've had problems with in the past. Heaven help you if they list "Honesty", "Integrity", and "Customer Service" – you're doomed.
